The actual application or use of an idea, belief, or method, as apposed to theories relating to it.

An active, real action taken to achieve; a thought, an acceptance that something is true or exists, or to deploy a particular procedure.

Description

Our minds rely on our muscle memory and response to stimuli to react to the environment with sufficient time without taxing the brain. Through repeated action and routine, the brain can rely more on the body when dealing with the environment.

Practice is the act of rehearsing a behaviour over and over, or engaging in an activity repeatedly, for the purpose of improving or mastering it. The word derives from the Greek "πρακτική" (praktike), feminine of "πρακτικός" (praktikos), "fit for or concerned with action, practical", and that from the verb "πράσσω" (prasso), "to achieve, bring about, effect, accomplish
